Taiwan Country Manager

Iris is Taiwan Country Manager at Drake Business Service Asia and currently responsible for management services projects in Taiwan. With 15+ years of operations, sales, business development and marketing experience in ICT, E-learning and high-tech industries, providing enterprise customers with talent acquisition and management services.

Iris is a goal-oriented leader with excellent people management and negotiation skills. Over the past few years, the team has scaled under her management and grown 4X bigger.

Before Drake, Iris was a Business Development Manager in Taiwan Mobile (TPE: 3045, the second largest telecom company in Taiwan) and a Sales Manager in AVer Technology (TPE: 3669). She completed her Master’s Degree in WTO and International Issues.
