About The Role
Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Mailroom and Workplace Support in Korea, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for a Mailroom Operator for a Global IT Company based in Korea to assist our client in the efficient handling, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
As a member of the GRE team, you’ll be responsible for managing mail and courier deliveries, sorting and distributing incoming mail, coordinating outgoing shipments, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of mail and courier activities.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and courier deliveries in a timely manner.
- Supporting general administrative and office support tasks as required.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in mailroom operations, office support, or admin operations.
- Proven ability to manage mail and courier processes efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining records and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
