About The Role
Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Office Support Services in Korea, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor based in Seoul to oversee the daily operations of client service delivery and ensure smooth and efficient service management.
As a member of the DBSA team, you’ll be responsible for administrative support, backup coverage, and assist with various day-to-day operational activities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day operations across allocated accounts to ensure delivery of service in line with contracted obligations,
- Provide positive and effective people leadership for site-based employees;
- Meet and overcome operational and service delivery challenges;
- Manage staff rosters and leave planning for operational accounts;
- Act as emergency backup to employees who are absent or on leave;
- Assist with operational setup for new clients and new services;
- Support the Customer Services Supervisor in responding to client inquiries and acting as point of contact when necessary;
- Contribute to achieving a high-performing culture with engaged employees, with a strong commitment to customer service;
- Ensure timely and accurate volume and financial data and other input are provided to the finance and administration teams; and,
- Lead by personal example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with all applicable laws and the company’s standards and policies, including environmental, safety, and health policies.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, office administration, customer service, facilities management, hospitality, operational support, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving operational issues and responding effectively to changing business needs.
- Ability to manage employee schedules, leave planning, and day-to-day workforce coordination.
- Displays a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to provide backup support and assist with operational requirements when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Has fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing outsourced services, workplace services, facilities management, reception, mailroom operations, or office support services (highly regarded).
