Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Managed Services in the Philippines, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for a Company Driver for our client based in Makati City to assist our client in Logistics Operation.
As a member of the operations team, you’ll be responsible in facilitating delivery and pick up of official and business-related mail/items to and from mailroom, clients, and its customers via motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- The pick-up and delivery of mail/items to and from the mailroom and clients.
- Validating items before collection, sorting, and distribution of mail/items from and to mailroom.
- Ensuring that all mail/items and related documents collected, sorted, and distributed are accurate, complete, and facilitated in a timely manner.
- Facilitating all mailroom transactions in an accurate, complete, and in accordance with determined cut off times and turnaround times.
- Ensuring that all mail/items and related documents are always safe and secure.
- Ensuring that all transmittal forms, proof of deliveries and supporting documents.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least College Level, Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field with Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1,2,3).
- Basic vehicle troubleshooting and Knowledgeable and skilled in defensive driving techniques.
- Must be familiar and must strictly follow traffic rules and regulations and other Philippine laws.
- Familiarity of the areas in the National Capital Region.
- With fit-to-drive certificate from any driving school.
