We’re looking for a Mailroom Team Lead for our client based in Ortigas Center to assist our client in Mailroom Operation.
As a member of the operations team, you’ll be responsible in leading and monitoring day-to -day tasks of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Assess and provide information and update on the team’s performance.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a high service culture through a show of excellent leadership skills.
- Ensuring that staff are motivated and performing to the best of their ability.
- Processing inbound and outbound transactions based on DBSA/Client Standard Operating Procedures (Receiving, Sorting, Encoding, Checking)
- Applying principle of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, safety, and security at all times.
- Managing route optimization and dispatch of pick-up and delivery jobs of team members.
- Monitoring Pick-up and Delivery activities and ensure that all jobs are completed based on Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Monitoring staff performance and ensure that contracted service levels are always attained.
- Ensuring that Operations is running in an effective, efficient, and timely manner aligned with DBSA’s policies and processes and Client’s SLAs.
- Other related tasks.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably a Degree in Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1-2 years of related experience in Mailroom, Document Management, Inventory Management, Warehousing or Logistic Operations.
- Proven work experience as a team leader.
- Ability to work under pressure: Should be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job.
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
