About The Role
Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Office Support Services in Thailand, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for an HVAC Technician to support an international corporate client based in Bangkok by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations.
As a member of the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while supporting building performance, occupant comfort, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, boilers, and other mechanical systems;
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system faults while ensuring minimal disruption to building operations;
- Monitoring and maintaining indoor air quality by testing and adjusting airflow, ventilation, temperature, and humidity levels;
- Operating and supporting Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimise HVAC performance and energy efficiency; and,
- Ensuring all HVAC systems comply with workplace safety regulations, fire protection requirements, and environmental standards.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- One to three years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems, preferably in high-rise or multi-tenant commercial buildings.
- Relevant HVAC qualifications, vocational training, or industry-recognised certifications (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and the ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Ability to work safely in mechanical rooms, confined spaces, rooftops, and other operational environments, including handling physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to workplace safety and high-quality maintenance standards.
