About The Role
Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Office Support Services in Thailand, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for a Recruiter to support our growing recruitment operations in Bangkok, Thailand by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our corporate clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
As a member of the Human Resources team, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements, identify suitable candidates, and support the successful placement of talent.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination and placement;
- Sourcing candidates through job board, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels;
- Reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate screening, and assessing candidates against job requirements;
- Coordinating interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers;
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and providing timely updates;
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies;
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to understand recruitment requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations;
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation; and,
- Supporting recruitment reporting and other administrative activities as required.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field (preferred);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients;
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities;
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and online recruitment platforms;
- A proactive, positive, and service-oriented approach to recruitment; and,
- Good English communication skills are an advantage, particularly when communicating with international clients or candidates.
