About The Role
Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Managed Logistics Services in Taiwan, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for a receptionist to support the admin and operations management of our major client.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
I. Reception Desk
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
- Assist with the stationery and office supplies order process, invoice preparation, and claim form input process.
II. Visitor Registration & Access Management
- Assist in facilitating visitor access through the security card system when applicable.
- Maintain visitor logs.
III. Mail & Courier Handling
- Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing mail and courier consignments.
- Assist with assuring compliance in receiving, redirecting, and distributing daily official letters; ensuring such tasks are performed as per the local Taipei office arrangements.
- Daily delivery to the Post Office.
IV. Fixed Asset Inventory Checking
- Conduct annual fixed asset inventory checks during non-working days with overtime compensation.
- Manage computer asset inventory checks.
V. Facility-related Administrative Support
- Perform facility management-related administrative tasks.
- Contact building management to handle any maintenance requests.
- Manage keys for doors, cabinets, and lockers.
- Manage office cleaning services and enhanced cleaning activities (pest control, disinfection, carpet cleaning, etc.).
VI. CCTV Spot Checks & Monitoring Support
VII. Vendor and Supplier Communications
VIII. Assistance in Company Event and Activity Coordination
IX. Ad Hoc Tasks.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree (required).
- Fluency in Mandarin (required) and conversational English (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer support and front desk roles (preferred)
- Experience in office management or administrative support (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle urgent requests and coordinate effectively with internal teams when needed.
- Professional presentation and demeanor, with the ability to represent and be the face of the office.
