About The Role
Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Managed Logistics Services in Taiwan, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
I. Sales and Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing sales-related documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Maintain and update client records, sales files, and internal tracking logs with accuracy and completeness.
II. Client and Internal Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between the sales team and internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Compliance, Product, Marketing) to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in handling general client enquiries and route matters to the appropriate sales or internal teams as needed.
- Support the scheduling of client meetings, internal meetings, and follow-up action tracking.
III. Process and Reporting Support
- Support sales processes through documentation management, status tracking, and basic process coordination.
- Assist in compiling sales data, management information, and periodic business reports.
- Support preparation of materials for internal control, audit, or compliance-related purposes where applicable.
IV. Ad Hoc and Project Support
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks, team initiatives, and project-based assignments as required.
- Assist with departmental activities, training sessions, or cross-functional projects when needed.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field; senior level experience is not required.
- Experiences as a sales assistant or administrative support within the financial industry (preferred).
- Background in institutional financial services, investment trust, or investment consulting industries (preferred).
- Financial-related certifications, such as the SITCA (Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Association) license.
- Ability to read and write in English (required); spoken English is not mandatory.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
