About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mailroom Team Leader for a leading international technology firm based in Chuo-ku to assist our client in providing a fully managed, end-to-end mailroom service.
As leader of the of the mailroom team, you’ll be responsible for directing a team of three mailroom operators to manage inbound and outbound mail services, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the mailroom is performing optimally.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of three mailroom staff.
- General mailroom operations including management of inbound and outbound mail services
- Mailroom administration tasks including record keeping, management of mail related paperwork, maintaining a register of inbound and outbound items, volumes etc.
- Maintain franking/postage machines, record usage for cost allocation, and invoice verification.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar mailroom or administrative position.
- A high degree of attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and adherence to daily schedules.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and inspiring other personnel and using common PC systems.
- English ability is highly regarded, but not essential.
