We’re looking for a Documentation Associate for a banking services client based in Makati and/or Ortigas to assist our client in Mailroom Operations.
As a member of the operations team, you’ll be responsible for handling, sorting, and processing incoming and outgoing documents, supporting day-to-day mailroom activities, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation flow in coordination with other departments.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handle and process documents from receiving, reviewing/validation, encoding, classifying, assembly, preparation for uploading, uploading status monitoring, and reporting.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Required Skills, Qualifications & AttributesTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or at least one year of relevant experience for undergraduates
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Proven experience in data encoding with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to minimizing errors
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Open to site rotation based on client needs
Location: Makati and/or Ortigas
Work Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM | Day Shift
