We’re looking for a Logistics Staff for a mailroom services client based in Metro Manila (Makati/Ortigas/Taguig/Quezon City/Alabang) to assist our client in Mailroom Operations.
As a member of the operations team, you’ll be responsible for performing a wide range of operational activities to support efficient mailroom services, internal deliveries, asset movements, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Perform administrative and office support activities for DBSA Management, such as submission of documents related to mailroom operations and other documents required by the company.
- Essential in maintaining timely, secure, and accurate handling of documents and equipment across the organization, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Move and transport assets, equipment, and materials from one location to another or within the facility.
- Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or at least one year of relevant experience for undergraduates
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Relevant experience in data encoding with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to minimizing errors

- Open to site rotation based on client needs
