We’re looking for a Marketing Support Specialist for our client based in North America to assist in providing essential support for the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless campaign deployment and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Support Specialist involves hands-on use of marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ad Manager, Demand Generation/Email Marketing tools, and the preparation of detailed reports to track campaign performance.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Organize and prepare targeted audience lists for campaign deployment.
- Provide basic social media support and set up and launch multi-channel digital marketing campaigns accurately and on schedule.
- Setting up each marketing campaigns for deployment ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain marketing assets including advertisements, keywords, images, text and content.
- Ongoing monitoring of each platform dashboard to:
- Set up and optimize A/B testing as needed.
- Comparing performance against benchmarks to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for review and sharing with sales teams and senior management.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking deadlines for marketing events, giveaways and campaign logistics, etc.
- Establishing an of annualized calendar to ensure the brand is promoted to the market and is executed with supreme consistency.
- Communicate proactively with marketing colleagues in the North America time zone to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Working hours: Evening shift: 4pm to midnight Philippine Time to align with early morning US Eastern hours of 8am to 12pm EST.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 5-7 years of technical experience managing digital marketing campaign platforms (email, search engine, social ads).
- Ability to plan and execute projects and provide proactive, status updates.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented proofreader with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in key marketing metrics analysis and reporting with ability to develop and deliver reports with actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented working style.
- Highly organized and proactive with high sense of urgency.
- Capable of working remotely and independently while maintaining alignment while maintaining close coordination with onshore colleagues.
- Prior virtual marketing support experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
