Grant Mackenzie
CEO - Drake Business Logistics / Drake Business Services Asia
As the Chief Executive Officer of Drake Business Logistics and Drake Business Services Asia, Grant is based in Japan, where he focuses on expanding the local market presence.
With a wealth of experience across banking, telecommunications, professional services, and government sectors, Grant is a commercially savvy leader known for his deep expertise in logistics and BPO. His ability to deliver practical, value-driven solutions is widely respected.
Grant is dedicated to sustainable growth, exploring new global markets, and leveraging our custom technology solutions to stand out in a competitive landscape
Siew Wee is the Group Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing our group financial operations.
Siew Wee joined the team in April 2017 and is based in our Singapore Group Head Office. Siew Wee manages all areas of Group finance and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance. Prior to joining DBL-DBSA, Siew Wee was Assistant Accountant at a listed Oil & Gas organisation and mainly focused on group consolidation accounts.

As Group Bid Manager, Alex is responsible for drawing on Drake Business Services Asia’s extensive suite of services to deliver a purpose-built solution for clients throughout the APAC region.
Alex holds over eight years of experience in bid management, the majority of which has been spent within the Drake Group of companies in Australia and Japan. Alex’s experience within the Drake Group has provided Alex a strong background in a broad range of industries delivering the full suite of human resource management solutions offered by Drake.
Based in Tokyo, Alex works closely with Drake Business Services Asia senior management team in all countries to manage all bid and proposal submissions.

Mark is an experienced business leader and Director who creates a clear strategic view for businesses, establishing strong relationships with management teams to deliver outstanding returns to shareholders and service excellence to customers.
Mark has spent much of his 35-year career in the logistics and information management sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. He also holds Executive Director and major shareholder positions in a number of businesses operating in the energy sector as well as bringing start up technologies to market.
In his current position with DBSA, Mark takes overall responsibility for the groups’ strategic IT initiatives (including our Digital Hub technology).

Her broad skill set enables her to drive strategic marketing initiatives that not only fuel business growth but also enhance brand visibility and market positioning. She is particularly passionate about fostering an environment where creativity thrives and every team member has the tools and confidence to contribute to the company’s success.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Kate is focused on driving business success across all APAC markets, adapting strategies to local needs while ensuring global consistency. Beyond performance metrics, she is committed to positioning the company as an workplace of choice, enhancing recruitment efforts, and nurturing a positive, inclusive workplace culture where team members feel valued and empowered to grow within their roles.”

With more than 16 years of recruitment and business management experience, Josh has a deep passion for helping companies and people explore new ways to successfully emerge and adapt in an ever-changing world where the West and East become more similar and connected each year.
Although he is originally from the Boston area, where he grew up and earned a bachelor’s in mathematics from Bridgewater University, Josh has lived in Japan for over 16 years. He believes living in Japan has been a great experience because of the friendly people and culture. He also enjoys the beautiful mountains and oceans of Japan, combined with the awe-inspiring architecture and technology of Tokyo.
In his free time, he can be found in the park with his dogs, on the couch with a good history book, or in the kitchen, attempting to cook something that should resemble the video recipe (but usually doesn’t).

Hakjung joined our team as an Account Manager in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
With a successful career in sales and marketing, Hakjung originally led the sales and marketing efforts at a mobile phone company, where she developed and implemented strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. She later expanded her expertise as an International Sales Representative for a global cosmetics company, where she honed her skills in building relationships and managing international accounts.
Hakjung’s primary focus is delivering proactive, personalized service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. She places a strong emphasis on open, continuous communication, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships. Beyond customer service, she is dedicated to improving internal work efficiency by managing and supporting her team, helping them thrive in their roles so they can deliver exceptional service on customer sites.
Hakjung’s ultimate goal is to grow alongside our clients and colleagues, fostering strong partnerships and becoming a trusted, reliable resource for all their needs.

Hayeon joined our team as a Junior Account Manager in 2024, bringing a diverse background in facility management and business operations.
She began her career as a Facility Manager, where she spent 6 years leading office construction projects, managing lease contracts, and improving the working environment. During this time, Hayeon gained valuable experience in enhancing company asset value and optimizing work efficiency for both executives and employees.
Transitioning into accounting, Hayeon has since broadened her expertise, accumulating comprehensive experience in business management across various domains.
Her goal is to become a trusted and adaptable partner for her clients, fostering long-term relationships built on flexibility, reliability, and growth.
